“Il personale pomeridiano alla reception, molto scortese. Ristorante giapponese buono MA chiude prestissimo alle 20. Tazza del Waterautomatica con telecomando, ma non c’era il phon.! letto scomodo. Safety box inesistente. Nella Fitness center non ci sono asciugamani né acqua per dissetarsi. Parcheggio ampio Camera pulita Colazione decente”

“The facility from the outside was very run down. Abandoned car with front end damage was just left in the lot. Trash was thrown everywhere. We constantly had issues with our door key. A man two doors down was on the balcony for hours chain smoking which was near the ac unit so our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. The room was absolutely filthy and borderline disgusting. “Two deficiencies are glaring: no eating facilities of any kind in the hotel. Staff directed me to nearby Dunkin Dounut, about 15 minutes walk. Second and more importantly the hotel came up as having airport shuttle on Expedia which is why I selected it. It doesn’t. Other deficiencies are manageable for a short stay. This hotel is not good for a long stay.”
